Job Summary
Drive dry van freight across the eastern half of the country, operating 2,200 to 2,800 miles weekly with a 12-on/2-off rotation. Your truck is yours alone; you will handle drop-and-hook accounts and live freight without touching cargo. Recent CDL A graduates can join a 4-to-6-week paid training program with a mentor, earning solo pay immediately upon completion. Weekly gross income averages $1,300 to $1,550, with top earners reaching $1,800. Full healthcare, 401(k) match, and paid time off begin on day 31.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 21
- Valid CDL-A
- Valid DOT medical card
- Clean driving history
- 6+ months of recent OTR experience or a recent diploma from an accredited CDL school
- Must pass standard background checks
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
