Drive Class A CDL trucks in stable regional lanes east of I-35, hauling 100% no-touch dry van freight with a 12-day-on/2-days-home schedule. Operate 2022 or newer Kenworth or Freightliner automatics equipped with APUs, adhering to a strict policy prohibiting New York City or the five boroughs. Earn $0.56 to $0.64 CPM, averaging $1,200 to $1,500 weekly gross, with top performers exceeding $1,700. Recent CDL graduates receive four to six weeks of one-on-one OTR mentorship training with a $650 weekly stipend, upgrading to full pay immediately upon solo operation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Minimum 21 years of age
- 6 months of tractor-trailer experience
- Recent accredited CDL graduate
- Clean MVR
- Dependable background
- Fully DOT compliant
- Must pass a standard pre-employment drug screen
