Job Summary
Drive Class A tractor-trailers on direct store delivery routes across the greater Houston area, including McAllen, Huntsville, and Gulfport, MS, operating a center run from Sunday night through Saturday afternoon. Manage overnight routes dispatched between 7:00pm and 10:00pm, utilizing lift-gates, electric pallet jacks, and carts for unloading. Maintain a clean driving record with no more than three moving violations or one DOT preventable accident in the past three years, passing required DOT physicals, drug screens, and road tests. Work an average of 40-45 hours weekly with starting pay of $32.88 per hour plus overtime.
Required Qualifications
- One (1) year of verified tractor-trailer experience
- Class A CDL license
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No more than 1 DOT preventable accident in the past 3 years
- Must be able to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen
- Must be able to pass DOT physical
- Must be able to pass road test
- Registered to the FMCSA Clearing House
