Job Summary
Conduct end dump truck operations with a focus on fast turnarounds and on-site freight drops to maximize weekly revenue. Earn percentage-based pay ranging from $1,200 to $1,700 per week, supplemented by bonuses for detention, layovers, and breakdowns. Maintain a schedule where most drivers return home weekly, with some weekends off, following a predictable rhythm. Complete paid training during the first week before beginning duties. Hold a valid Class A CDL with at least six months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience and be at least 22 years old.
