Job Summary
Conduct end dump truck operations with a focus on fast turnarounds and on-site freight drops to maximize weekly revenue. Earn percentage-based pay ranging from 25% to 30% of revenue, supplemented by bonuses for detention, layovers, and breakdowns. Complete a paid one-week training program to onboard confidently before beginning your first load. Maintain a schedule that prioritizes home time, with most drivers returning weekly and some weekends off. Valid Class A CDL with six months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience is required. Minimum age of 22.
