Job Summary
Conduct end dump hauling with a focus on fast turnarounds and on-site freight drops to maximize weekly revenue. Earn percentage-based pay ranging from $1,300 to $1,700 per week, supplemented by performance bonuses for detention, layovers, and breakdowns. Complete a $1,250 paid training week to onboard confidently, then maintain your Class A CDL and 6+ months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience. Work a schedule where most drivers return home weekly with some weekends, receiving full health coverage after 90 days and a company-paid 401(k).
