Job Summary
Conduct end dump truck operations with a focus on fast turnarounds and on-site freight drops. Earn percentage-based pay ranging from 25% to 30% of revenue, supplemented by bonuses for detention, layovers, breakdowns, and weekly revenue exceeding $4,000. Maintain a weekly home schedule with some weekends off, supported by $1,250 in paid training for the first week.
