Job Summary
Conduct end dump truck operations with a focus on fast turnarounds and on-site freight drops to maximize weekly revenue. Earn percentage-based pay ranging from $1,300 to $1,700 per week, supplemented by bonuses for detention, layovers, and breakdowns, with an additional 3% load bonus after $4,000 in weekly revenue. Drive a Class A tractor-trailer with 6+ months of verifiable experience, maintaining a schedule that brings you home weekly with some weekends. Complete $1,250 in paid training during your first week and utilize available preventative maintenance pay to keep equipment road-ready.
