Job Summary
Drive end dump trucks with a focus on fast turnarounds, drop freight on-site, and move immediately to the next load to maximize weekly revenue. Earn up to $1,700 per week through a percentage-based pay structure plus bonuses for detention, layovers, and breakdowns. Complete $1,250 in paid training during your first week. Work a schedule that keeps most drivers home weekly, with some weekends off, and receive paid health benefits, a 401(k) match, and vacation after 90 days. Maintain a valid Class A CDL with at least six months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
