Job Summary
Conduct end dump truck operations with a focus on fast turnarounds and on-site freight drops to maximize weekly revenue. Earn performance-based pay ranging from $1,300 to $1,700 per week, including bonuses for detention, layovers, and breakdowns. Maintain a schedule where most drivers return home weekly, with some weekends off, while completing $1,250 in paid training during the first week.
