Job Summary
Conduct end dump hauling with a focus on fast turnarounds, dropping freight on-site and moving directly to the next load to maximize weekly revenue. Earn performance-based pay ranging from $1,300 to $1,700 per week, including bonuses for detention, layovers, and breakdowns, while receiving $1,250 in paid training during the first week. Maintain a schedule of home weekly with some weekends, ensuring steady cash flow via Friday direct deposit.
