Conduct end dump hauling with a focus on fast turnarounds, dropping freight on-site and moving immediately to the next load. Earn a base of $1,300–$1,700 weekly plus performance bonuses for detention, layovers, and breakdowns, with revenue share ranging from 25% to 30%. Complete 6+ months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience while maintaining a valid Class A CDL. Receive $1,250 in paid training for the first week and work a schedule where most drivers are home weekly, with some weekends.
