Job Summary
Conduct end dump truck operations with a focus on fast turnarounds and on-site freight drops to maximize weekly revenue. Earn performance-based pay ranging from $1,300 to $1,700 per week, including bonuses for detention, layovers, and breakdowns, plus a 3% load bonus after $4,000 in weekly revenue. Maintain a home weekly schedule with some weekends off, supported by $1,250 paid training for the first week. Hold a valid Class A CDL with at least six months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience and be 22 years of age or older.
