Conduct end dump truck operations with a focus on fast turnarounds and on-site freight drops to maximize weekly revenue. Perform daily driving duties while earning a base of $1,200-$1,700 per week plus performance-based bonuses for detention, layovers, and breakdowns. Maintain a schedule that prioritizes home time, with most drivers returning weekly and some weekends off.
