Job Summary
Conduct end dump freight operations with a focus on fast turnarounds to maximize weekly revenue. Earn 25%-30% of load revenue plus bonuses for detention, layover, and breakdowns, with pay ranging from $1,300 to $1,700 per week. Drop freight on-site and move directly to the next load to maintain a steady rhythm. Receive $1,250 paid training for the first week and work a schedule where most drivers are home weekly with some weekends. Maintain a valid Class A CDL and 6+ months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
