Job Summary
Conduct end dump operations on a weekly home schedule, dropping freight on-site and moving directly to the next load to maximize revenue. Earn 25%-30% of revenue plus performance bonuses for detention, layover, and breakdowns, with an average weekly pay of $1,300-$1,700. Complete $1,250 in paid training during your first week. Maintain a valid Class A CDL and 6+ months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience. Receive full health benefits after 90 days, a company-paid 401(k), and paid vacation.
