Job Summary
Conduct end dump hauling with a focus on fast turnarounds to maximize weekly revenue. Drive tractor-trailers on local routes, dropping freight on-site and moving directly to the next load. Maintain a predictable rhythm by being home weekly, with some weekends off, while earning 25%-30% of revenue plus load bonuses for detention, layover, and breakdowns. Complete $1,250 in paid training during your first week to onboard confidently. Maintain a valid Class A CDL and 6+ months of verifiable driving experience.
