Job Summary
Conduct end dump freight operations with a focus on fast turnarounds to maximize weekly revenue. Drive tractor-trailers with a valid Class A CDL and 6+ months verifiable experience, adhering to a schedule that prioritizes being home weekly with some weekends. Earn performance-based pay ranging from $1,300 to $1,700 per week, including bonuses for detention, layovers, and breakdowns, alongside a 25%-30% revenue share and a 3% load bonus after $4,000 in weekly revenue. Complete a paid training week and utilize available preventative maintenance pay to keep equipment road-ready.
