Job Summary
Conduct end dump truck operations with a focus on fast turnarounds to maximize weekly revenue. Earn performance-based pay ranging from $1,300 to $1,700 per week, including bonuses for detention, layovers, and breakdowns. Complete a $1,250 paid training program during your first week to onboard confidently. Maintain a schedule where most drivers return home weekly, with some weekends off.
