Job Summary
Perform pre and post-trip inspections, plan routes to meet delivery schedules, and safely transport goods between locations. Review paperwork for completeness, check orders for case accuracy, and deliver and unload products using tractor trailers, ramps, and pallet jacks. Maintain a clean and organized truck while ensuring DOT compliance and communicating professionally with customers and vendors. Report any issues or incidents to the dispatch team immediately. Work predominantly on local hauls with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must have a safe driving record / clear MVR
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Able to operate an 18-wheel tractor / trailer to deliver and pick up products from the stores
- Minimum 2 years of experience driving a 53ft. tractor / trailer
- Must be willing to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
