CDL A Truck Driver

CDL A Truck Driver position with Albany Trucking. Drive in either Over-the-Road (OTR) or Dedicated routes, with home time every 10-14 days and two weeks on the road followed by time off. No-touch, dry-van freight that is approximately 70% drop-and-hook, primarily east of I-35, with average haul lengths around 500 miles. Weekly solo mileage typically 2,500–2,800 miles, occasionally 3,000+ miles. Competitive weekly pay and a pay structure based on CPM (base pay $0.45–$0.55 CPM, depending on location) with performance bonuses up to $750/month. Average weekly pay ranges from $1,300 to $1,500, with all miles paid (loaded, empty, bobtail). Pay via direct deposit or Comdata; orientation paid. Equipment includes trucks no older than three years (Peterbilt 579s, Internationals, Freightliners) with in-cab amenities. Home-time policy allows taking the truck home with secure parking within 50 miles of a terminal. Terminal locations include Dover, DE; Laredo, TX; Irving, TX; North Jackson, OH; and Charlotte, NC.
