Job Summary
CDL A Truck Driver needed for Albany Trucking. Role focuses on driving long-haul and dedicated routes with home time every 10–14 days, no-touch/dry-van freight (70% drop-and-hook), and consistent load visibility through daily dispatcher check-ins. Typical weekly miles range around 2,500–3,000 with an average haul length of about 500 miles. Company provides competitive weekly pay ($1,300–$1,500, with bonuses up to $750/month), direct deposit/Comdata payments, modern equipment, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401K with company match, paid vacation). Orientation is a three-day session with pay, and riders/pets policies vary by role. Fleet includes Peterbilt 579s, Internationals, and Freightliners; terminals located in AR/Tontitown, TX/Laredo and Irving, OH North Jackson, NC Charlotte, plus Knoxville, TN. Opportunities to switch from OTR to Dedicated or Local as spots open and to mentor/train for extra pay.
Required Qualifications
- CDL A license or equivalent trucking credential
