Job Summary
CDL A Truck Driver needed for Albany Trucking. Roles include driving on Over-the-Road or Dedicated routes with home time every 10-14 days, no-touch, dry-van freight (70% drop-and-hook), and occasional longer hauls. Typical loads are automotive, east of I-35, with average haul lengths around 500 miles. Weekly pay range is $1,300–$1,500 based on miles and location, with base CPMs between $0.45–$0.55 and performance bonuses up to $750/month. Equipment includes modern trucks (Peterbilt 579s, Internationals, Freightliners) with in-cab tech, home-with-loads policy, and enrollment in benefits (health/dental/vision, 401K with company match). Orientation is a paid 3-day session. Terminal locations include Milwaukee, WI; Laredo, TX; Irving, TX; North Jackson, OH; and Charlotte, NC. Riders and pet policies vary by program, and flexible career paths exist to move from OTR to Dedicated or Local roles.
