Conduct flatbed or dry van freight operations as a CDL-A driver, earning up to $0.65/mi for company drivers or $1.35/mi plus fuel surcharge for lease drivers. Manage weekly and quarterly performance bonuses alongside a $2,000 sign-on bonus while maintaining predictable home time every 10-12 days. Operate maintained 2021-2026 Freightliner Cascadias and Internationals under low-barrier lease terms with walkaway protection, or join the company fleet with no credit check required. Apply on an ongoing basis with no deadline; valid Class A CDL and 6+ months OTR experience are mandatory, while SAP drivers are ineligible.
