Job Summary
Conduct over-the-road dry van or refrigerated freight hauling using 2023 or newer Kenworth equipment. Maintain a safe driving record and hold a valid CDL-A license, with 6 months of OTR experience required for dry van routes or 6-12 months for refrigerated routes. Operate under a lease model earning 75% of line haul revenue, with home time every 2-3 weeks and no trailer fees. J&R Schugel offers ESOP ownership, 24-hour road service, and flexible lease terms with no money down or credit checks.
