Job Summary
Drive OTR dry van or refrigerated routes with a 2023 or newer Kenworth truck, earning 75% of line haul revenue plus 50CPM on deadhead miles. Maintain a safe driving record and bring at least 6 months of recent OTR experience (12 months for refrigerated). Home every 2-3 weeks with planned resets. No money down, no credit check required, with weekly truck payments ranging $625-$775 and zero trailer fees. 24-hour emergency road service and fuel/maintenance preferred pricing included. Own part of the company through the ESOP program. Apply on an ongoing basis with no deadline.
Required Qualifications
- CDL-A
- OTR Dry Van: 6 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
- OTR Refrigerated: 6-12 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
- Safe driving record
