Job Summary
Drive solo or as part of a team on long-haul OTR routes carrying 100% no-touch freight with high drop & hook percentages. Operate current model trucks while earning base pay up to 69-88 CPM plus a 4 CPM safety/service bonus, with uncapped increases based on experience. Maintain consistent home time every one to two weeks and utilize the free ESOP program to own company shares. Enjoy weekly pay protection up to $1,000, $75 layover and breakdown pay, paid vacation, and a 401(k) match. Bring a passenger via the free rider program or a pet under the no-deposit policy. Military members with honorable discharge may apply half their service time toward starting pay.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years or older
- 3 months of first-seat CDL-A experience
- DD214 showing honorable discharge
