Job Summary
Team CDL-A truck driver for dry-van no-touch freight operating across all 48 states. Home time every three weeks with weekly pay, mileage pay plus hourly on-duty pay, and performance bonuses. Sign-on bonuses of $5,000 (experienced) or $2,500 (inexperienced) paid over 12 monthly installments in the first year. Paid orientation and PTO with holiday pay. Eligible for annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay. Schneider Team Matching Program helps find a driving partner. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and military benefits. Must hold a valid CDL-A; company offers CDL training programs. E-Verify used for employment eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
