Job Summary
Team Van Truckload driver for dry van trailers with 100% no-touch freight. Drive within all 48 states. Team driving with Schneider’s Team Matching Program; CDL-A required. Competitive pay with mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty, weekly paychecks, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers or $2,500 for inexperienced drivers, paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year. Paid orientation, PTO after 6 months plus six holiday days per year, annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay. Comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, unlimited referral bonuses, and $200/month tuition reimbursement (up to $7,000). Required Qualifications
