Job Summary
CDL-A Team Drivers needed. Earn up to $220,000 per year as a team with home time options (weekly home time or longer runs to maximize miles). Sign-on bonus available. Based in Russellville, AR with a North Little Rock maintenance terminal; teams operate late-model equipment across high-mileage routes, with open-door policy and pet-friendly policy. Pay structure includes base CPM in the 74-92 CPM range, potential raises after milestones, and ongoing bonus opportunities. Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL A license
- Minimum of 6 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience
- Hazmat and Doubles endorsement preferred for all positions; required for select positions; meet DOT and Transco Lines requirements
