Job Summary
CDL-A Team Drivers needed for Transco Lines. Earn up to $220,000 per year as a team with base CPM ranging 74-92 CPM and a guaranteed raise after 1 year; sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for a limited time. Offering flexible home time with weekly home time or longer runs to maximize miles. Late-model equipment and a team-ready fleet; pet-friendly policy. Open-door policy and driver referral program highlighted. Lease purchase available with zero down. Based in Russellville, AR with a North Little Rock maintenance terminal; 470+ power units and 1,300 dry van trailers. Requirements include valid CDL A, minimum 6 months verifiable OTR experience; hazmat and doubles endorsements preferred for all positions and required for select positions; must meet DOT and Transco Lines requirements.
