Job Summary
CDL-A Team Driver position based in Grove, OK with Transco Lines. Team drivers earn up to $220,000 per year collectively, with base CPM 74-92 and potential raises; sign-on bonus available. Full-time driving role offering home time as often as weekly, with flexibility to maximize miles. Requires valid CDL-A, minimum 6 months of verifiable OTR experience, and Hazmat/Doubles endorsements (where applicable), plus DOT and company requirements. Fleet includes late-model equipment and a driver-focused culture with open-door policy, pet-friendly policy, and lease-purchase options. Vehicles operate in a high-mileage, team-driven environment; ongoing opportunities to talk to a recruiter for current terms.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL A license
- Minimum of 6 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience
- Hazmat and Doubles endorsement (required for select positions; preferred for all)
- Must meet DOT requirements
