Job Summary
CDL-A Team Drivers needed. Team earnings can reach up to $220,000 per year, with base CPM ranging 74-92 CPM and a guaranteed raise at the 1-year anniversary plus a CPM bump for teams exceeding 20,000 monthly miles. Offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus (limited-time availability). Great home time with options to return home weekly or stay out longer for more miles. Open to team-based driving with late-model equipment and a driver-friendly culture. Based in Russellville, AR with a maintenance terminal in North Little Rock; fleet features 470+ power units and 1,300 dry van trailers; pets are welcome. Qualifications include a valid CDL-A license, minimum 6 months verifiable OTR experience, hazmat and doubles endorsements for select roles, and meeting DOT and company requirements.
