Job Summary
CDL-A Team Drivers needed for dedicated, team-based routes with consistent miles and strong pay. Players earn up to $0.80 CPM (per diem) and $185,000–$200,000 per year per team, with home time every other week and 6,000+ miles weekly. Dedicated lanes run TX to MI or NY and back, 100% no-touch freight, sign-on bonus of $5,000 per team, orientation pay, and additional detention, layover, stop breakdown, and pre-planned-load benefits. Equipment is 2017 or newer with APU refrigerators; benefits available after 30 days. Location: Novi, Michigan.
