Job Summary
Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated lanes and OTR freight, working closely with a driving partner to maximize miles and transport cargo on schedule. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate logs and DOT compliance, and communicate professionally with dispatch while delivering excellent customer service. Follow all FMCSA, DOT, and company safety regulations, keeping equipment clean and reporting maintenance concerns promptly. This role features $0.80-$0.82 CPM weekly pay split equally between drivers, with options for 10-15 day OTR teams or weekly home time for dedicated lanes. Hazmat endorsement is required. Road Warrior Staffing is hiring drivers based in Ohio, Illinois, California, Texas, Arizona, New Jersey, and Atlanta, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience
- Ability to operate safely in all weather and road conditions
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Hazmat Endorsement Required
- Drivers without Hazmat must be willing and able to obtain the endorsement within 60 days of employment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
