Job Summary
Drive refrigerated OTR team loads in dedicated line-haul operations, handling 100% live load and unload with no driver involvement in loading or unloading. Operate manual or automatic semi-trucks across a fleet of 145 trucks, maintaining an average of 7,000 to 8,000 miles per week per team. Maintain a Class A license without restrictions and possess 12 months of tractor trailer experience. Earn an average gross weekly pay of $3,600 to $4,000 per team. Schedule includes 5 to 99 expected days out with two days of home time for every five days worked, ensuring at least three weekends per month.
