Oakley offers multiple run types and hometime options based on driver location, alongside a $1500 bonus paid in the first 90 days. Additional incentives include a sign-stay experience bonus ranging from $7,500 to $15,000 and up to 12 CPM in extra bonuses. Rider pet programs and medical, dental, and vision coverage are available, with benefits beginning the first of the month after 30 days.
