Operate equipment featuring refrigeration, ergonomic seats, and collision avoidance systems on mostly no-touch, drop-hook runs. Maintain a safe driving record while utilizing 14 pay options including per diem, hazmat, and tank prep bonuses. Candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL with 18 months of tractor-trailer experience and be 23 or older. Oakley offers a sign-on bonus ranging from $7,500 to $15,000, with $1,500 paid in the first 90 days, alongside comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
