Job Summary
Local and regional bulk pavement sealer tanker deliveries. Driver safely operates company trucks and tanker equipment, loads/transports/offloads sealer, sets up hoses/pumps, performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections, plans safe routes, maintains delivery logs, and communicates delays. Requires CDL A and tanker endorsement, DOT compliance, GPS/ELD proficiency, professional customer interactions, and ability to work in hands-on, outdoor, potentially messy environments. Home most nights with overtime opportunities and competitive pay; benefits include 401(k) with company match, health/dental insurance, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Valid tanker endorsement
- Previous truck driving experience
- Clean and safe driving record
- Ability to pass required background check and drug screening
- Understanding of DOT regulations, driver logs, inspections, and safe driving practices
- Familiarity with GPS systems and ELDs
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on the road
- Ability to safely handle hoses, fittings, and delivery equipment
- Willingness to work in an industrial environment where the job may be physically active and messy
- Professional attitude and good customer communication skills
