Job Summary
Drive OTR solo or team routes on modernized dry van fleets, utilizing 30% line-haul percentage pay or alternative miles-based compensation structures. Operate Class A CDL-equipped trucks across nationwide string markets with no forced dispatch, leveraging 24-hour dispatch support and dedicated freight partnerships with Chicago-area carriers. Manage daily operations while maintaining strict ELD compliance, adhering to safety protocols, and meeting delivery deadlines on no-touch freight. This demanding role requires a motivated professional with 2+ years of experience and a clean driving record, offering weekly direct deposit, hazard insurance, and amenities like kitchen access at Chicago depots.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- 2+ yrs CDL Exp
- Clean MVR
- reasonable PSP report
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience
- valid CDL Class A without pending suspensions
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must have a valid medical card issued
- Must have a stable work history and good references
- no more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years
- No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last 4 years
- No DWI's, DUI's and BAC's in the last 4 years
- No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years
- No license suspension for points, unpaid tickets in the last 3 years
- no more than 2 moving violations during the last year
- Must provide no less than 3 years of work history
