Job Summary
Drive Class A CDL solo OTR routes with DSL Express and partners, operating a modernized fleet on nationwide dry van and refer work. Manage 2,500 to 3,000 miles weekly on percentage pay or 3,600 miles on miles pay, adhering to strict ELD compliance and no-touch freight standards. Maintain a clean MVR with no more than three moving violations in the last three years and pass a drug test. Work 24/7 with dedicated dispatch support, utilizing company amenities including kitchen and lounge access at Chicago depots. Performance directly impacts weekly earnings between $1,900 and $2,400, with bonuses for safety and inspections.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- 2+ yrs CDL Exp
- Clean MVR and reasonable PSP report
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience
- Must have a valid CDL Class A without pending suspensions
- Must be able to work with modern ELD systems
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must have a valid medical card issued
- Must have a stable work history and good references
- No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years
- No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last 4 years
- No DWI's, DUI's and BAC's in the last 4 years
- No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years
- No license suspension for points, unpaid tickets in the last 3 years
- Must provide no less than 3 years of work history
- Must be healthy and able and willing to work
- Must be able to work with modern ELD systems
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must have a valid medical card issued
- Must have a stable work history and good references
- No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years
- No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last 4 years
- No DWI's, DUI's and BAC's in the last 4 years
