Job Summary
Operate solo or team OTR dry van routes across the United States on modernized fleets, prioritizing no-touch freight and ELD compliance. Drive between Chicago and regional hubs while maintaining a clean MVR, managing a maximum of three moving violations in the last three years, and adhering to strict drug and alcohol testing protocols. Work full-time schedules with flexible home time, utilizing 24/7 dispatch support and dedicated drivers assigned to specific accounts. Earn performance-based compensation ranging from $1,900 to $2,400 weekly, with percentage pay options available for solos.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- 2+ years CDL experience
- Clean MVR
- Reasonable PSP report
- Valid medical card
- Stable work history
- Good references
- No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years
- No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last 4 years
- No DWI's, DUI's and BAC's in the last 4 years
- No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years
- No license suspension for points, unpaid tickets in the last 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations during the last year
- Minimum of 3 years of work history
- Valid CDL Class A without pending suspensions
- Ability to work with modern ELD systems
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must be healthy and able and willing to work
- Must be able to work with modern ELD systems
- Must have a valid medical card issued
- Must have a stable work history and good references
- Must have no more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years
- No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last 4 years
- No DWI's, DUI's and BAC's in the last 4 years
- No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years
- No license suspension for points, unpaid tickets in the last 3 years
- Must provide no less than 3 years of work history
- Previous employers and references will be checked and must be verifiable
