Job Summary
Operate OTR solo and team dry van routes across the nation using our modernized fleet, prioritizing no-touch freight and ELD compliance. Drive 2,000 to 7,000 miles weekly depending on pay structure, with performance-based percentage or per-mile compensation ranging from $1,900 to $2,700 weekly. Maintain a clean MVR, pass drug tests, and adhere to strict safety and attendance standards while working a demanding schedule with flexible home time.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- 2+ yrs CDL Exp
- Clean MVR
- reasonable PSP report
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience
- valid CDL Class A without pending suspensions
- Must be able to work with modern ELD systems
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- valid medical card issued
- stable work history
- good references
- no more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years
- No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last 4 years
- No DWI's, DUI's and BAC's in the last 4 years
- No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years
- No license suspension for points, unpaid tickets in the last 3 years
- no more than 2 moving violations during the last year
- Must provide no less than 3 years of work history

- Previous employers and references will be checked and must be verifiable
