Job Summary
Operate a tractor-trailer and transport doubles or triples between the Sysco facility and shuttle yards. Safely and efficiently deliver various products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule as needed. Maintain a driving record meeting company insurability standards and possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with a doubles or triples endorsement. This role requires reading and speaking English sufficiently to converse with the public and understand traffic signs. Drivers are home daily with excellent pay, paid vacation, and comprehensive healthcare benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 21+ years of age
- Pass employment testing
- Commercial Vehicle Drivers must have the ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver license
- driving record that meets company insurability standards
- Must be able to lift, push or move product weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and as much as 100 pounds occasionally
