Job Summary
Operate dry van trucks on OTR routes east of I-35, handling 70% drop-and-hook loads and 30% live freight with a 12-on/2-off rotation. Drive 2022+ Kenworth or Freightliner automatics with APU in a permanently assigned vehicle or take-home option. New CDL holders complete a paid training program with guaranteed weekly pay, mentorship, and solo rate activation after 4–6 weeks. Earn $1,300–$1,750 weekly gross with consistent 2,200–2,800 miles, while enjoying comprehensive health, 401(k) matching, and stock options. Pets are welcome on board, and a passenger rider program is available immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A with no restrictions that affect OTR operations
- Minimum age 21
- Six months of tractor-trailer experience, or completion of an accredited CDL school program
- Clean driving history and background
- Active DOT medical card
- Negative pre-employment drug test
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 120-hour completion certificate from an approved CDL school
