Job Summary
Regional Van Truckload driver role within Schneider’s Western 11 corridor. Dispatch is advance-planned with predictable power lanes, high freight volume, 95% no-touch freight on dry van trailers, and home time every three weeks. Drive within the Western 11 states with mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty, weekly performance pay, and sign-on bonuses ($3,000 experienced, $1,500 inexperienced). Benefits include paid orientation, PTO after 6 months, holiday pay, annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay, and a comprehensive driver-benefits package (medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement). E-Verify participation and accommodation support under ADA are available; military experience credits apply.
