CDL-A regional van-truckload driver role focused on the Western 11 states. Drive dry van trailers (95% no-touch freight) on regional routes with home time every three weeks. Expect mileage pay plus on-duty hourly pay, weekly performance pay, and sign-on bonuses ($3,000 experienced, $1,500 inexperienced) paid over 12 months. Paid orientation, PTO after 6 months plus holiday pay, and annual bonus up to 2% of annual gross.
