Job Summary
Regional Van Truckload truck driver role with Schneider. Drives within the Eastern 37 states with 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight. Competitive pay structure includes mileage pay and hourly pay while on duty, weekly performance pay, and sign-on bonuses ($7,500 for experienced drivers; $5,000 for inexperienced drivers) paid over 12 monthly installments in the first year. Home time every other week; paid orientation; paid time off after 6 months plus holiday pay; annual bonus up to 2% of annual gross pay. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and military benefits. Requires CDL-A with HazMat preferred; E-Verify participation.
