Job Summary
Regional Van Truckload truck driver responsible for hauling 100% no-touch freight with dry van trailers. Routes offer predictable power lanes with high freight volume, dispatch in advance for planning, and home time every other week. Compensation includes mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty, weekly performance pay, sign-on bonuses ($3,000 for experienced drivers, $1,000 for inexperienced), potential mileage incentive, paid orientation, PTO after 6 months with holiday pay, annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay, and comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, referral bonuses, tuition reimbursement). Requires valid CDL-A (HazMat preferred) and willingness to stay within 100 miles of Phoenix, AZ; travel and benefit details provided by Schneider.
