Job Summary
Regional Van Truckload driver role with Schneider. Drives within the eastern 37 states, 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight, predictable power lanes, and dispatch in advance for planning. Earn mileage pay plus hourly pay on duty, weekly performance pay, and sign-on bonuses ($7,500 experienced, $5,000 inexperienced) paid over 12 months. Paid orientation, PTO after 6 months with holiday pay, and an annual bonus program. Company-supported CDL training options and benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and military benefits. Requires valid CDL-A; HazMat preferred; passport/FAST/Enhanced CDL access more opportunities. Office in Memphis, TN, with tax and compliance considerations (E-Verify)."
